Diakryon builds tools for people who work with AI every day. For companies, we set the rules for how their teams use AI and build custom systems that work inside those rules. Everything we make keeps the person in charge of the work and leaves a record anyone can read.
Small tools, each built for one job.
Claude doesn't remember yesterday, so you spend the start of every session retelling it. PRIME writes down each decision, rule, and correction as it happens, in a plain text file in your own folder, and the next session starts from that record. Works in Cowork and Claude Code.
BylineProof learns your voice from your real writing, asks you for the story instead of making one up, and reviews each draft against 34 known signs of AI writing. Every flag ends with a choice, and keeping what you wrote is one of them.
Your AI assistant sounds just as sure when it's wrong. SourceProof interviews you for ten to fifteen minutes and writes standing instructions for Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, so it checks a source, labels what it knows, and says "I don't know" instead of making something up.
Your people are already using AI tools. Somebody has to decide what company information can go into them, what can't, and who checks the work that comes out.
Diakryon works with leadership teams to write those rules down and get them used.
Then we build the systems that do the work. We design harnesses that decide what an AI model can see and do on a given job, and context-engineered engines that start every task with the instructions and documents it needs already loaded. When the work lives in other software, we connect it with MCP workflows (MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard that lets an AI assistant use your other tools). Each system runs inside your rules, keeps a person signing off on what goes out, and keeps a record of what it did.
Every engagement is scoped to the company in front of us, so we start with a conversation, not a package.
I run more than a dozen projects through Claude every week, and every morning I was explaining yesterday all over again, from memory, and getting it wrong. So I built PRIME for myself. Now I can ask "what did we decide about that?" and get the answer that actually happened. That turned Claude into an assistant with a great memory.
